What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Currently we have three different shipping method:

1. Home delivery through third party courier.
2. Pickup option through third party courier service.
3. Direct Pickup from our office/pickup points.

Do You Ship Internationally?

No. Currently we are not providing international shipping facilities.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Usually it takes 2 to 3 days for inside Dhaka and 2 to 5 days for outside Dhaka for delivery once your parcel is handed over to a third party courier service.

**All these time frames are approximate and according the regular experience. Due to any unusual or unavoidable circumstance ( i.e. Flood, Heavy Rain, Thunder Storm, Road Construction, Transport Unavailability, Accident etc.) these time frames may can get extended.


What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We are flexible with receiving payment from our customers. So you're getting maximum options to make your payment. You can make payment through any:

1. MFS (i.e. Bkash, Nagad, Dmoney)
2. Credit or Debit Card (i.e Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
3. RTGS and
4. Online Bank Transfer (i.e. BEFTN, NPSB)

You are independent to use any payment method to make your payment.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Yes. We have Digicert SSL Certificate from Cloudflare Inc ECC CA-3 that ensures the maximum level of security for your transaction and payment information.

How do I place an Order?

1. Go the product page that you want to order
2. Select quantity
2. Click "Add to cart" (For multiple product visit each product page and click add to cart)
3. Go to "My Cart" (Click shopping bag icon from the top)
4. Proceed to "Checkout"
5. Fill up your delivery details
6. Select Payment Method
7. Complete Order

After placing an order you can track it from "Orders" page.

How can I cancel or change my order?

To cancel/modify your order you can contact us through messenger or hotline.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes. You have to create an account and stay logged in to place an order

How Do I Track My Order?

You can tack your orders from "My Account>Orders" page.

How Can I Return a Product?

For any specific issue you can return your product by contacting us. Either you can drop at our location or you can return through any courier service.
